LMCU Hosts Free Fall Shred Day Events Across Florida 

Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce its Fall Shred Day event series, offering Florida residents a free and convenient way to safely dispose of sensitive personal documents. Events will be held at LLMCU branch locations across the state from September 26 through December 5, 2026.

LMCU has partnered with Safeguard and Al Shredding & Recycling to bring on-site shredding trucks and staff to each location. No membership is required to participate. Anyone is welcome to pull up and shred. Events will be held at the following locations: 

Saturday, September 26 | 9-11am — New Tampa Branch, 17635 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa 

Saturday, September 26 | 8-11am — Joker Marchant Stadium (Lakel and F lying Tigers), 2301 Lakeland Hills Blvd, Lakeland 

Saturday, September 26 | 9-11am — Cape Coral - Del Prado Blvd Branch, 521 Dei Prado Blvd S, cape coral 

Saturday, October 3 | 9-11am — North Naples Branch, 2370 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples 

Saturday, October 3 | 9-11am — South Tampa Branch, 408 S MacDill Ave, Tampa 

Saturday, October 10 | 9-11am — Lakewood Ranch Branch, 8704 SR 70 E, Bradenton

Saturday, November 7 | 9-11am — Berkshire Commons Branch, 7405 Devonshire Blvd, Naples

Saturday, November 14 | 9-11am — Summerlin Crossings Branch, 7580 Winkler Rd, Fort Myers

Saturday, December 5 | 9-11am — Sun City Center Branch 1653 Center Plaza Ste 1001, Sun City Center
