Eric Konovalov, Founder
The Goal Guide

Eric is the founder of The Goal Guide, a renowned training organization specializing in sales, leadership, communication, and mindset. He is also the creator of Relentless Goal Achievers, a private group coaching community for business leaders from around the world.

Despite humble beginnings as a refugee from the former USSR, he proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 8 years, earning numerous awards and deployments. Transitioning to civilian life, Eric excelled in sales and leadership roles, consistently surpassing revenue goals and earning accolades.

Motivated to share his expertise, Eric founded The Goal Guide to provide coaching and training services to entrepreneurs and sales organizations worldwide. With a strong foundation in personal development and leadership training, he empowers teams to achieve their goals and has garnered a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Eric's journey from a challenging background to entrepreneurial success makes him a compelling mentor and leader in the industry.

He is the author of B2B Sales Secrets and the host of the Relentless Goal Achievers Podcast.

Eric enjoys living in Lakewood Ranch with his wife, and business partner, Julia, and their amazing two boys, Max and Mikey.


Rob Langejans, Founder and Principal

Rob Langejans, founder, and principal of AlwaysPresenting, is passionate about helping leaders, managers, salespeople, and teams be at their best when crafting and delivering presentations. Rob started coaching career as a presentation skills coach and account manager for a Grand Rapids, Michigan based company that lead training sessions for leaders and sales in every industry. Due to the good work he was doing with one of his customers, he was he was recruited to work for them full time as a sales trainer. After several years of leading sales training programs for field sales and distributors, he invented his own job in the company, the Sales Facilitator.

In that role, he coached selling teams in presentation strategy and delivery just prior to important customer presentations.

Today Rob leads AlwaysPresenting to share his 25 years of expertise is in communication skills, sales strategy, and teambuilding with organizations across North America who know that the face-to-face presentation is the most powerful form or communication. His approach to training fuses his business acumen and sales experience with proven instructional design methods. He creates highly effective and enjoyable training experiences.

Gene McCabe is passionate about helping people and their businesses plus communities grow and improve through better sales. He’s an accomplished senior sales leader who recently launched an intrapreneurial startup and grew it to $250M+ ARR in a few short years. He is now the Chief Geek Florida for Sales Geek.


Gene believes a sale is beneficial only when both the buyer and seller are well better off; otherwise, no deal.
