Join us for an evening of networking with your Alliance friends on the first Wednesday of the month from 5:00-7:00pm at SunCoast Blood Center. Enjoy a light bites, complimentary beer and wine, and tours of their facility. Door prizes welcome!

Here are four key tips for a successful blood donation:

1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after your donation.
2. Eat Well: Have a healthy, iron-rich meal before donating.
3. Dress Comfortably: Wear a short-sleeved or easily rollable shirt for easy access to your arm.
4. Bring ID: Carry a photo ID or donor card for a smooth check-in process.
