Big Robot is an AI consulting and implementation company based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. We help businesses put AI to work inside day-to-day operations, with reliable access to company data, clear operating limits, and people accountable for important decisions.

Most businesses already have the information they need. It is spread across accounting software, customer systems, project tools, email, and shared documents. Employees spend hours moving it around and checking whether the records agree.

Our work starts by determining which system controls each fact. We connect the systems around those rules and build workflows that can act on the result. When data conflicts or information is missing, the workflow sends the issue to a person for review.

We also build and operate Managed Agents for defined business tasks. These agents can monitor opportunities, read documents, extract requirements, and prepare work for review. Their access and authority remain tightly controlled, and the client retains final authority over important decisions.

The company was founded by Jayson Ambrose, a software and product leader with more than 20 years of experience. Jayson works directly with clients on strategy and major product decisions while remaining hands-on during implementation.

After launch, we operate and improve the system as workflows, software, and business rules change.
