Presented by Alltrust Insurance, the 2022 Tidewell Trot 5K and 1-mile Run/Walk benefitting Tidewell Foundation is scheduled to be held on November 5, 2022, at Nathan Benderson Park — 5851 Nathan Benderson Cir, Sarasota, FL 34235.

Proceeds benefit Tidewell Foundation in its grants to Tidewell Hospice for charity care, grief support services, specialized veterans care, music therapy,  telehealth, and more. The 5k run will begin at 8:00 am, the 1-mile run/walk at 8:15 am, and the brunch and vendor fair will begin at 9:00 am.
