Patrick graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Patrick competed as a member of Stetson’s nationally recognized Trial Team program, was published by a law review, and received numerous awards for mock trial practice, professionalism, and student service. During this time, he was also a research assistant, a teaching assistant for a Trial Advocacy course, and a participant in an advanced Trial Advocacy program at the prestigious University of Oxford in England. Most recently, Patrick has continued to expand his knowledge by completing Harvard Law School’s Executive Education Program on Negotiation.

Following graduation, Patrick has proudly devoted his practice to personal injury law, only representing injury victims. He has worked on hundreds of injury cases throughout negotiation, litigation, mediation, and trial phases. At Hale Law, he has recovered millions on behalf of the wrongfully injured and deceased in Florida. As a Partner of the firm, Patrick strives to bring success and personal attention to his clients he considers part of the Hale Law family for life.

Patrick is a proud member of The Florida Bar, Sarasota County Bar Association, Manatee County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Manasota Trial Lawyers Board, Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. He was awarded an AV Preeminent® Rating, Judicial Edition for 2022. The AV Preeminent® ranking is the highest peer rating standard by Martindale-Hubbell®, and with this edition of the ranking, it reflects the confidential opinions of both members of the Bar and the Judiciary. He was also selected to the 2021 and 2022 Florida Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, an honor only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida receive. Patrick is admitted to practice in all Florida courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
