Our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself.  To do that, we’ve partnered with some of the most highly sought-after experts in the fields of psychology, cognition, neuroscience, hypnosis, acoustics, and voiceover acting.  

Though we are the “new guys in town,” when compared to competitors like Calm or Headspace, our delivery format is entirely different and the quality of our library is second to none.  To prove it, we offer a free two-week trial subscription for any small to mid-sized organizations that take mental health seriously.

We have a growing library of “mstrmnd” mindfulness audio tracks grounded in behavioral therapies (CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT), psychotherapeutic practices (psychotherapy, hypnotherapy), and other empirically-supported modalities.  The “mstrmnd” audio tracks vary in length (3 - 30 minutes), but are structured in a way that infuses the latest research from the fields of acoustics and neuroscience.  If you’re ready to become the best version of yourself, just put some headphones on, close your eyes, and master your mind!
