Messages are instant, information is endless, and digital tools shape nearly every part of how we work and communicate. But as technology becomes more accessible to everyone, the real differentiator will not be who has the best tools, it will be who knows how to genuinely connect with people.

This engaging and interactive session explores the enduring human-centered strengths that technology cannot replace: authentic connection, empathy, adaptability, and presence. While technology can increase efficiency, it cannot replicate the impact of a leader who listens well, communicates with intention, builds meaningful relationships, and creates belonging.

Designed to challenge, inspire, and energize emerging professionals, this session invites young leaders to consider a powerful question: As technology becomes more advanced, what does it truly mean to lead as a human being?

Steve Shenbaum, President & Founder of Game On Nation

Game On's President and Founder, Steve Shenbaum has developed his career over the years by working with twelve #1 overall draft picks from the NFL, NBA and NHL drafts. He's helped train everyone from NASCAR drivers, to the Pittsburg Pirates, NY Yankees and our 2019 World Cup Champions US Women's National Soccer Team.
