I have proudly worked with Evolution Consulting South, LLC and OIG Compliance NOW, LLC for nine years.  My first role was a Background Check Investigator.  I learned to effectively meet the bgc requirements of our clients and provide the best possible experience for candidates during this crucial step of onboarding. After two years I studied to become a certified Professional in Human Resources and moved in the Director of HR role. I spent the next five years working closely with our internal teams to set hiring standards, write and enforce policy, assist with ISO 27001:2013 audits, and build effective training programs for all departments.  In 2021 I took the lead on our ISMS program and became an internal auditor, working closely with IT to ensure company-wide compliance with our policies and procedures.  Today, as the Executive Vice President of Operations, I lead and direct our company in providing the best services possible for our clients.  We provide ourselves on innovation, customization, pleasant experiences for clients and candidates, the latest technology, and most importantly knowledge.  We know the laws, we keep our clients safe, and we do it effectively and efficiently.
