We’re looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator who can bring fresh ideas, build meaningful relationships, and elevate our presence in the community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both innovative marketing work and connecting with people.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that enhance client engagement and brand visibility
• Design visually compelling content for newsletters, presentations, social media, and promotional materials
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, and multi-platform digital marketing initiatives
• Assist with event planning, client seminars, and community outreach
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continual improvement
• Collaborate closely with advisors to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Attend networking events, community gatherings, industry meetings, and strategic partner functions
• Build and nurture relationships with centers of influence, local organizations, and prospective clients
• Generate creative ideas for events, outreach, branding, and community partnerships
• Represent the firm professionally as a visible and engaging ambassador in the local market

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
• Proficiency with creative and digital tools (Canva, social platforms, CRM systems, email platforms, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
• A naturally creative thinker who brings new concepts, visuals, and strategies to the table
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills—confident, polished, and comfortable initiating conversations
• Financial services experience is a plus but not required
