Title: Bricks 4 Kidz - Instructors / Teachers

Compensation: 20-35 $/hr 

Shift/Schedule: Day-Shifts Only: Part-Time, Casual, On Call Any Day of the Week except Sunday

Work Locations: Primarily it will be in Lakewood Ranch, or Bradenton, or Parrish or Sarasota.

At BRICKS 4 KIDZ® we provide extraordinary programs for children to build unique creations and have loads of fun using LEGO® Bricks!

We are passionate about children’s education and providing a consistently excellent experience for the kids and parents who enjoy our creative programs.

We are recruiting dynamic, motivated and passionate individuals that may be university students, casual teachers, or after-school hours leaders to join our team!

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Experience working with children preschool children or 5-12 years old

• Provide a safe, nurturing and welcoming learning environment

• Willing to train and become familiar with aspects of B4K curriculum

• Familiar with theme based curriculum

• Able to facilitate in groups and one-on-one as well. Planning and engaging developmentally appropriate program activities based on what B4K has available.

• Committed to providing quality child care experiences for children and families

• Strong communication skills verbally and written

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Willingness to collaborate with teammates,  to be flexible and adaptable

• Able to plan and participate in program activities/workshops as well as doing in-school field trip programs.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of families, children and staff
