Chris Williams, Managing Director

Leveraging the unique lessons he learned from an unconventional entrepreneurial journey, Chris founded Aginto in 2011. A full service digital marketing & advertising agency, Aginto’s roster includes organizations across the US in the healthcare, law, industrial, and home services industries.

With deep knowledge and experience in internet and social media algorithms and a constant curiosity of human behavior, Chris is passionate about meeting an audience where the market dictates that they are, and adding value to their lives in strategic moments.

An engaged & active community leader in both Sarasota and Manatee Counties, he serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Parenting Matters and the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Manatee County Salvation Army.

Relocating from Cincinnati in 2005, Chris lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife Heather and daughter Grace. When he’s not working you can usually find Chris on a local golf course or obsessing about the Cincinnati Bengals on Twitter.

Deshjuana Bagley is an accomplished technology professional with over thirty years of experience in the field of information technology. Her energetic and entrepreneurial spirit are complemented by her expertise in emerging technologies and their applications in education. Desh has established herself as a national trainer, keynote speaker, and innovator, dedicated to helping individuals pursue rewarding careers in the tech industry.

Her innovative work encompasses various emerging technologies, including robotics, augmented and virtual reality, cybersecurity, and AI. Notably, Desh was selected as a beta tester with OpenAI prior to the public release of ChatGPT 3. Her research explored the integration of AI with NAO human robots and Amazon Alexa devices. This groundbreaking fusion of AI and robotics empowers students and professionals to enhance their learning experiences and unlock new possibilities.

Desh plays a pivotal role as a leader in the SCF Advanced Technology Center which houses the SCF Coding Academy. She is driving transformative initiatives as AI, robotics, and education converge. Her visionary leadership and pioneering spirit continue to shape the future of technology-driven education, creating opportunities for individuals to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Jay is a full-stack developer who provides specialized coding solutions for Grapevine Communications. Spanning nearly two decades in the technology sector, his experience encompasses roles as an audio engineer, IT specialist, professional DJ, and small business owner. Demonstrating a commitment to the future, he actively mentors students, hosts workshops, and blogs about his experiences while volunteering in the community with his son.
