To combat the chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout from the overwhelm of our modern work world, we need reliable tools to help us effectively self-manage to lead others from a place of calm, steady resilience. Statistics point to employees being more stressed and at risk of burnout than ever before, finding it impossible to 'unplug' after work and regularly working weekends. Mindful Moments effectively interrupt our stress pattern and gets us back in the present moment.
