Game On is proud to partner with LWRBA to offer the Leadership Academy program in the fall. This six-phase professional development program supports emerging and established leaders by focusing on skills like communication, interpersonal connection, and workforce engagement through an engaging and interactive experience.

Steve Shenbaum

Founder & President, Game On Nation

Steve is the Founder & President of Game On Nation, a nationally recognized communication firm focusing on teamwork, public speaking and overall presentation skills training. Steve created and oversaw the leadership, communication and media training programs at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL from 2003-2012. Steve and his staff have worked for years with: NASCAR, Pittsburgh Pirates, Deloitte, Merck, Hilton, PepsiCo, and our Olympic and World Cup Champion US Women’s National Soccer Team.

Recent pro and college sports teams include: NFL Player Engagement Program, New York Yankees, Washington Spirit, Kentucky Football & Basketball, Florida State Women’s Soccer, and UCLA Women’s Basketball & Soccer.

Recent government agencies and organizations including: The U.S. House of Representatives (Members of Congress), Department of Defense, Pentagon, USSOCOM, Joint Special Operation Command, Wounded Warrior Project, USO, and all branches of the United States Military.

Steve has worked with TWELVE #1 OVERALL draft picks in preparation for the NFL, NBA and NHL drafts including Alex Smith, Sidney Crosby, Yao Ming, and Cam Newton. In his former career as an actor, Steve was featured in over 100 national commercials, and film and tv shows such as Will & Grace, Dharma & Greg, Winning London, American Pie 2, and Space Jam.

Most importantly, Steve resides in Bradenton, FL with his wife and two daughters.
