Join us to get a first-hand, behind the scenes look at what’s new around the region. We’ll spend the day on the Lakewood Ranch bus with SMR touring model homes in Lakewood Ranch South and receive an update on workforce housing from Sarasota County. Followed by a Waterside Place Presentation by Laura Cole from SMR/Lakewood Ranch of what is new and what is yet to come. To end the afternoon, we’ll gather for a complimentary drink and light bites!

Lunch will not be provided and comfortable shoes for walking are recommended.
