WHAT IS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?

Leaders know that the learning process is not about changing who you are, it’s about growing who you are. The LWRBA Leadership Academy is a results-oriented, six-phase leadership building experience that will equip you with the tools to continue to develop both personally and professionally.
