Game On Nation is known for delivering a unique, interactive game-based leadership training curriculum,  powered by the science of Game Dynamics. With more than 24 years of high-level impact, Game On’s expert approach have helped the agency become one of the country’s foremost voices on leadership, team building, communication, and positive culture change.

Game On's President and Founder, Steve Shenbaum has developed his career over the years by working with twelve #1 overall draft picks from the NFL, NBA and NHL drafts. He's helped train everyone from NASCAR drivers, to the Pittsburg Pirates, NY Yankees and our 2019 World Cup Champions US Women's
National Soccer Team. 

LWRBA has partnered with Game On for the past 9 years on its Leadership Academy program (formerly Executive Academy). LA follows a six-phase development path that utilizes Game On’s training curriculum to help you accelerate leadership skills for today’s changing workplace. Classes begin Friday, August 16^th!
