With too few workers to meet demands, employee thriving and retention have become a strategic imperatives for organizational viability and success. During this interactive session, Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD will present the research into the drivers of the labor crisis and the evidence that points to workplace culture solutions to this problem. Jamie will share 5 specific science-backed culture hacks organizations can use to significantly improve employee thriving and reduce turnover. Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD (aka, the NeHRd Lady) is passionate about making people managers suck less by providing simple, science-backed actions to transform them into empowering leaders (aka Servant Leaders)!
