August 2022 Alliance LEADS - Dissolving Disputes: Using Communication to Remedy Conflict
Wednesday, August 10, 2022 (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM) (EDT)
Description
Join us for an interactive and engaging workshop with Will Luera, that will focus on practicing communication skills by using improvisational exercises used with professionals around the world. Will has been teaching a version of this workshop for several years and will begin by looking at three aspects of communication:
- Connecting with your partner (coworker, customer, spouse, etc)
- Effective Body Language
- Clear Verbal and Vocal Communication
The class will build these soft skills and leave you with tools that can be used in your own workspace to engage your team and fine-tune their communication techniques.
