Crystal brings over 13 years of banking and sales leadership experience to BankUnited, where she services commercial clients, providing a wide range of banking solutions that include a fully complement of lending and cash management capabilities. After several years working in the retail banking environment, Crystal realized her passion for helping business local business owners reach their goals. At BankUnited, Crystal specializes in taking a proactive and consultative approach to medium to large size businesses with more complex banking needs with their banking relationship and commercial lending needs. Crystal’s clients are her top priority, and she makes sure her clients have access to her whenever is best for them. Rayne has over 20 years in the retail banking industry. She began her management career with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in Arizona managing branches of varying size and complexity in the Phoenix and Tucson Markets. In 2014, the firm relocated Rayne and her family to the North Florida market to help open their expansion/ De novo branches. Rayne was promoted to one of the firms first Multi-Site Manager roles overseeing several branches in the beaches area of Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach. Rayne brings her years of experience to the greater Gulf coast area and is delighted to serve as a Market Leader at Bank United. She specializes in delivering a boutique style of customized banking and lending solutions to medium and large size business clients and with concierge level of service.
