East Manatee Fire Rescue serves the Lakewood Ranch area in Manatee County. 4 of 7 fire stations are located in the Lakewood Ranch community. EMFR employs 96 personnel to staff 6 fire engines and 2 ladder trucks around the clock as well as providing administrative and fire prevention services.
