Design Group International is a group of consultants who are credentialed through the Society of Process Consultants and have chosen to be part of a community that is committed to the craft of helping leaders and their organizations succeed through process consulting. As process consultants, we commit to leaders and teams through an authentic discovery process to identify what you aim to accomplish, and more importantly, why. This is especially important for organizations facing complex change, adaptation, or growth. We work alongside you to develop a roadmap to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Our consultants co-create solutions with you and we shift along the path together, when needed. We keep an eye on your ultimate destination and work to prevent unnecessary detours along the way. We help you learn throughout the process, growing your leadership capacity for continued, long-term success. Design Group International was founded in 2000 by Dr. Mark L. Vincent. Today, the organization includes a growing and dynamic community of consultants and executive coaches across the country. Our consultants and coaches serve a variety of businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and faith communities throughout North America and beyond.
