Over 30 years designing and executing successful employee programs to attract, motivate, develop and retain employees. Formerly HR Director, Deloitte, Vice President, HR Partner in Fifth Third Banks corporate office and over 15 years of volunteerism with entrepreneurial centers that inspired her to start a consulting firm in 2006 for private businesses. She believed the foundation for success begins with a strong culture foundation where employees will thrive. Tina has an MBA in International Management and Bachelors degree in HR Management with a Psychology minor.
