Audra DankoManaging Director of Human Resources - FCCI Insurance Group
Audra Danko has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and total rewards.
She has spent most of her career in the insurance sector within financial services.
She has been with FCCI Insurance Group for 12 years and currently serves as Managing Director of Human Resources. FCCI, headquartered in Lakewood Ranch, provides commercial insurance and risk management solutions to businesses.
Audra moved to Lakewood Ranch in 2006 with her husband, and they have two daughters who attend Lakewood Ranch High School.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
Tommy GregoryPresident - State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota
Tommy Gregory, J.D. is the 7th President of State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF), the region’s first and largest public State College, serving students across campuses in Bradenton, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Online, and soon-Parrish.
A native Floridian and retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, President Gregory has more than 30 years of leadership experience in military service, law, and public office. He served three terms in the Florida House of Representatives, held senior executive roles, and is a lifelong champion of education, service, and community.
President Gregory’s mission is clear: graduate more students—and graduate them faster. He’s focused on removing barriers, accelerating pathways to degrees, and building a college that powers Florida’s workforce and fuels upward mobility.
He holds a degree in economics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a law degree from the University of Texas. He and his wife, Erica, also a retired Lt. Colonel, met as cadets, served around the world, and have three sons, including two SCF alumni and one currently at the Air Force Academy.
A dedicated public servant and outdoorsman, President Gregory brings energy, discipline, and vision to the future of SCF.
Josh MatlockPresident/CEO - CareerSource Suncoast
Josh Matlock is the President and CEO of CareerSource Suncoast, a private nonprofit dedicated to strengthening businesses and communities in Manatee and Sarasota counties by cultivating a highly skilled and adaptable workforce. With over a decade of experience in workforce development, Josh has been committed to making strategic investments in people and partnerships, fostering opportunities that empower individuals and drive long-term prosperity.
Josh has had the honor of chairing Manatee Technical College’s Board of Governors, chairing the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Manatee County, serving as member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Bradenton Area EDC, and President of the Florida Workforce Development Association.
Josh holds a BS in criminal justice, MA in political science, and MS in public administration from Midwestern State University.
